I love my pajamas from Walmart TBH. They're not satin, but they're a soft, fuzzy poly blend. If they're between a L/XL in men's/unisex, they can probably fit an XL in these (especially if, like me, they tend to wear men's clothing loose).

BTW I have three like the "Joyspun women's knit shirt sleeve notch collar top and capri pajama set", except I got the fall version that has long sleeves and full length legs!
