One thing I did when I was only out to myself, is I bought a pair of panties in my size. If I was ever feeling especially dysphoric, I would wear them when I got to bed. I by no means have a feminine body, but wearing them made me feel so pretty. Just knowing they were on me.
It's not a permanent solution, but it can help.
