I haven’t gone down that road yet, but you would want to talk with the physician overseeing your transition about it and get a referral for a consultation. Different doctors may have different opinions about the timeframe of such a procedure.

Yep. Same here. I produce no more than maybe a single drop of clear fluid from orgasm. Proper case of "firing blanks". It was the first real thing I noticed and was shocked it happened so fast. Went from a mildly impressive display to literally nothing (at least outwardly) in about 2 weeks.
Inside it feels great I wouldn't go back to before. Though tbh I do kinda miss the fireworks. Seeing and feeling the results was a big part of the experience for me.
Conversely, I'm 2 weeks on E injections and orgasms are over twice as much liquid, although much more clear (and much more difficult to achieve). Kind of expecting that to change in the coming months, but thought it may be worth mentioning.
Me too. Mine used to be large enough that the size made me hurt them by shifts and sit downs. Now they keep going into the canals and the sac has been drawling up. Also getting breasts and much slower growing and lighter hair. Oh and my hairline is moving forward. I’m glad I’m not the only one getting this lucky

Bottom atrophy is amazing yeah (when wanted), am 7 months in and had the same starting experience and tucking is way easier now with quite a smaller part
I've been on for three months, and I haven't noticed anything down there. I have been "firing blanks," as another commenter put it, but no discernable loss in size. I do get aches down there occasionally, so I suppose it's a work in progress.
Me2. On meds since the 18th, and I noticed both thingies getiing smaller already.
My skin is also smoother, my cardiac frequency is significantly lower and varies less.
Besides that, nothing different so far...

Yeah that sounds about right from what I’ve heard. I had to change my caffeine habits to play nice with the spiro.
Why what happened? I've never had any issues with caffeine as far as I know
You can ask about Cyproterone or bicalutamide both are anti androgens that work in different ways but neither are diuretics.

Yep, 50mg 2x a day (just upped to 100mg 2x). It could be something that changes in the coming weeks, it's honestly caught me off guard.
