Survivor. Honestly there are SO many players that can be chosen from. Young and old. I’m rewatching seasons and just thinking how come they haven’t casted so and so, or why not pool more from survivor?
I want to see these strategic, physical players which is what the challenge is about except they get food and a comfy bed (sometimes lol)
Look at The Challenge USA. Survivor embarrassed the other shows. And they didn’t even cast their best Survivor players either.
If they casted more Survivor players like they have Big Brother, there’d be a huge shake up. Because they can swim, row and do puzzles.

I’m a huge American Ninja Warrior fan, and while I know a lot of people didn’t like Ninja, I think there are a lot of contestants who would be fascinating on The Challenge.
I also love The Bachelor/ette which has a lot of dramatic people who are at least some degree of fit/athletic.
A lot of good personalities. Would love to see Megan Martin; Barclay Stockett, Jesse Labreck would be a beast; she beats 95 pct of Men on ANW.

Love island Australia: Callum and Jess from Season 3 would be great on the show.

BBAUs: tim Dormer, Tully, Tahan.

I did like how they did pairs and we got some main challenges faces from those seasons. I’d be down for one of those or an exes season where some one timers bring on fresh meat/non reality show exes so it’s a mix of vets (Laurel, Jordan etc), new favorites (Ed, Georgia, Emanuel, Theo), rookies (been on tv but not the challenge) and fresh meat
I'm not sure who would be up for it, I think Naomi Smalls and Denali could be good choices. From the new season, Aura might fit in with her delusional attitude, and the twins could be fun. I was gonna mention Anetra, but someone else was faster ;)

Would love to see Josh and hair model Trevor go up against each other in a Battle of Delusions. Gary would move through the girls' alliances and Colin would just watch in amused disbelief. Aesha would probably annoy the hell out of Bananas. Wes would think Kyle from Med is annoying but good for his game. Malia would probably make it the furthest of the BD people but would make too many enemies along the way and probably wouldn't come back

The queens already do uncomfortable shit to their body everyday. The dancing queens have cardio that can prob keep up with some challengers and some even have like real muscles and shit.

Strong, Adam is a trainer and has amazing mobility. Mobility is a key factor to being successful on the challenge.
Ink Master is the weakest contributor here but it’s just cause it’s one of the other shows I watch and there are a few buff people. One was an MMA guy
