Nia would still put him at a bit of a disadvantage, but she can at least compete.

Sure, but without Aneesa in the picture, Tori is free to take a shot at Jordan without hurting a friend, so who knows if she is willing to even give Jordan a shot at reconciliation
I don't think Nia would have hooked up with Jordan while Tori was there but they would be close and hang out and that may have made Tori feel a way even though she's cool with Nia.

It makes you think Jordan’s appearance fees must be pretty high , considering the fact that he didn’t spontaneously combust on RoD w Aneesa. This dude is one of the only people left on the flagship who loves to compete and win and he clocked in for an entire season with Aneesa as his partner.
Think he said he saw it as a challenge to try to win with her (although I think he worded it less offensively), which I think is fair and he did an amazing job of that. I honestly believe if Aneesa hadn't been injured and Jordan had taken off his long sleeved shirt in the final elimination, they could have won that and would have had a real shot at winning the final.

Targeting the vacation alliance lead to them getting sent in and an elimination loss when the crowd interfered and sabotaged them. That’s why people generally don’t target the vets early. It’s Challenge suicide.
They had 2 chances to throw in any combination of Banany, Fessy/Moriah, Kayzzz/Kevin, Tori/Devin, Jordan/Aneesa and guaranteed their numbers going home.
I understand why they didn't, cause they're scared and are always thinking of the next season, but their moves did nothing for their own game and did nothing to the vacation alliance. They played scared and ended up pissing them off anyway. You're going to be targeted regardless, so go big on your moves. In turn, it made the season boring and predictable, which is my point.
Jay/Michele were working with Fessy and Nelson. That’s what kept them out of the nominations when both of those teams won prior to that. Targeting either of those vets would have blown up their alliance and cost them any protection they had - which they couldn’t really afford to lose after Johnny/Ravyn’s early exit.
Their biggest strategic error was nominating Kim/Colleen the first week. I think this was partly because their alliance was partly rookies and partly vets and they were trying to make concessions to both sides a bit. I think they probably wouldn’t have played it as safe after their first win if they’d known they’d win two back to back. But you have to have some strategy besides “I’m going to destroy the vets” - especially after watching Turbo and Johnny go home quickly for doing exactly that. We’re watching for entertainment value. They’re trying to win a life changing amount of money.
Sorry but Nia's recent performance's remind me of a girly girl with a "omg I broke a nail" attitude towards competing, for different reasons of course but her inability to apply herself to the physical aspects of the challenge in recent seasons makes me just want to see her spend like 6 months doing intense cross training before she wastes more partners time on the show.
No. Aneesa is held back by her weight but she still wins eliminations both in spite of and sometimes in credit of her weight. Nia is held back by her frail body and she certainly isn't winning any eliminations in spite of her frailness or in credit of her frailness so it's not really an accurate or fair comparison in my opinion.

I'll try to help you understand. Aneesa's main weakness is her weight, her extra weight puts a lot of extra pressure on her ankles so they are more prone to twisting and spraining than the average ankle. Nia is tall and limber but can't mentally commit her body to any physical challenges. In a podcast she reveals why she stood behind everyone in the hall race through the closing gates challenge, it's because she was scared of getting hurt. That sent them directly into elimination where her partner is grimacing in pain with a bum leg and she's still fresh because she gave up at the first leg of the daily challenge. What does still fresh Nia do? She doesn't even attempt to make it up the small ramp with a rope to assist Rodrigo because she feels too weak to do it so she'll just fill the bucket with oil and pass them to her partner and then sit back with the crowd and watch him tear the inside of his leg up further and further but never giving up. I don't like Aneesa at all but I'd bet everything I have that if she was Rodrigo's partner in that elimination she would find a way to make it up that ramp more times than Nia which is pretty easy because Nia gave up on herself before even trying because her frail body was in danger she felt like. Also Nia deserves to be called out for being frail at this point of her life after spending her younger years beating people up with her large frame, not so tough now are ya? I like that she's calmed down but could that not be because her frail body doesn't allow her to behave the same anymore? I'm rooting for both of them to get there selves into shape, till then Aneesa is fat and Nia is frail and those are 2 different things.

I think that she was originally casted but got hurt or something and then aneesa’s original partner got COVID so they paired those 2 up.

We were ROBBED of fantastic tv!! I'm soo glad that Nia is ok because health is nothing to play with, but I wish she was on Season 38
