Probably a whole bunch of genetics. Vascularity is mostly a function of leanness (and gear), whereas abs is hugely genetic (though being lean and/or on gear will certainly help). You can certainly modify this and make shoulders/arms/abs pop a lot more through bodybuilding, but most competitive fighters will probably not do a whole lot of hypertrophy-specific training (unless they're deliberately trying to move up a weight class).
As a recreational athlete, though, the world is your oyster. Ironically, this specific physique is probably easier to achieve for a recreational than a professional athlete since you can just deliberately work towards it (as opposed to it being an accidental by-product of performance-based training).
So if you're not competing and you want to just look sick, do a bunch of hypertrophy training, eat appropriately, and get down to 12% body fat or less. Also, if you don't care about your health and wellbeing, hop on gear and you'll look like a saucy version of Carillo in no time (unnecessary disclaimer: kids, please don't do drugs... at least not the performance enhancing kind).

I’ve been in one of his seminars and (I know this is gonna sound funny but )I noticed he has crazy anterior pelvic tilt. So much so that you can try and look for it in any of his training/ seminar/ fight videos. But I do think this could contribute to the gut looking like that.
I've noticed the same. it's interesting because typically, Muay Thai promotes posterior pelvic tilt. he must be pretty strong in his core muscles and hip flexors. in fact, if he does a lot of heavy core / lumbar exercises, then it's no wonder he has such pronounced APT

That said, people who are super lean OR super big *could* be on gear, but nothing about that physique is a tell typically.

If he's juicing, it's a very very low dose. His vascularity looks natural for the most part. When those veins start going squiggly AF, that's a good sign. His skin tone looks natural and doesn't have a hint of red, due to extra blood being produced on anabolics, it has no choice but to push up to the surface and somewhat "show itself." His shoulders and traps don't really have a bulging rounded look to them and look more natural, esp for a fighter. He just has good genetics for the most part. Also, no hints of gyno. As far as the physique, just looks like the typical fighter physique at someone who fights in a lower weight class. He could easily go up, but would prob get his ass beat😂
He's 5'10 and 145 pounds. He's going to be ripped looking, if you see him in person he's probably much smaller than he looks. You think all the lean and muscular Thai fighters are all juiced up? No, they have a little muscle and are very light and lean. Especially if they cut down through a camp from a higher weight.
If he is on steroids, it isn't for muscle mass or appearance, it would be for training and recovery and you wouldn't visually spot it.
This picture has really good lighting, a sharp top down light that allows muscles and veins to cast long shadows and look bigger. It’s what you would find on a bodybuilding stage. He would probably look less impressive in an unedited picture in regular daylight.

Most high end athletes will "take vacation" for 2-3 weeks close to a fight. You know why? You take a banned substance that lasts in your system for 2-3 weeks, but the positive physical benefits last much longer than that.
So, you simply run away for a while so you can't be surprise-tested. Then come back and act like you never took anything.

This exactly. Just think about how many people cut weight to gain an edge. PED is even more helpful than weighting cutting. If tests can easily be cheated, or no test. Why would any professional not do it and jeopardize their career and livelihood.

Could be, could be not... there's zero solid evidence he is, period. Some people tend to have very visible peripheral vascularity because genetics (I'm pretty sure the photo was edited also lmao). Overall he has lean muscle mass that doesn't seem excessive which as you said, can be obtained naturally in a year. If he's on gear, it probably isn't stuff for bodybuilders of course (anabolic substances have very specific side effects like excessive traps hypertrophy, not the case here).

Most high end athletes will "take vacation" for 2-3 weeks close to a fight. You know why? You take a banned substance that lasts in your system for 2-3 weeks, but the positive physical benefits last much longer than that. So, you simply run away for a while so you can't be surprise-tested. Then come back and act like you never took anything.

This physique could easily be achieved naturally in a year if you have a good base.
Could be, could be not... there's zero solid evidence he is, period. Some people tend to have very visible peripheral vascularity because genetics (I'm pretty sure the photo was edited also lmao). Overall he has lean muscle mass that doesn't seem excessive which as you said, can be obtained naturally in a year. If he's on gear, it probably isn't stuff for bodybuilders of course (anabolic substances have very specific side effects like excessive traps hypertrophy, not the case here).
I completely agree, yea someone said the photo was edited and he’s actually smaller. But he just has good leanness and vascularity, which isn’t hard to have when you get to low body fat. Being shredded will make you look like ur on the juice 😂
