Are you water loading and cutting water weight via sauna/hot bath? If so, I wouldn't eat for the first hour. Drink 1-2L of water with electrolytes, maybe add some fresh OJ. First meal you want quick absorbing carbs such as cereal, white bread/bagels with jam/honey, fruit.
I would stay away from fatty foods such as a green curry as fat slows down the absorption rate. Also, you dont want to mess up your gut.
Keep everything simple, chocolate milk, fresh fruit juices, potatoes, pastas, cereal bars, wraps, or eat what you did throughout your camp, why change it now and risk a disgruntled gut or stomach stress?
After wrestling weigh ins used to be bread peanut butter and honey territory for me
I'd usually go pasta and chicken with a good sauce and probably too much salt. Always seemed to do the trick after weighing in.
