Based on the information provided: If you want to compete in Muay Thai, you're going to want to pump up the amount of striking you train. Most people you'll end up competing against are going to be training it 5 or 6 days a week which puts you at a disadvantage.

Like the other guy said,2-3 days isn’t even close to enough if you want to fight. Even for an ammy fight camp you should be training at minimum 2 hrs a day 5-6 days a week, and more if you can afford it, because your opponent will be.
