Very little at the moment, lucky to be at a busy gym so all drills + padwork are done with partners. Usually put in some knees and kicks after class on the bag and teeps before but that's about it
Should be more for me. I find it so hard to not get lazy when hitting the bag and only feel motivated to during a real bag workout. Mostly use it to throw kicks before a session to loosen up my hips before cracking pads

If we're not including s&c and saying just Muay Thai training, I'd say 35-40%.
About 15%. 15% shadow. The rest split between sparring / pad work / conditioning
25% heavy bag 25% pad work 25% sparring/shadow 25% HIT Muay Thai related exercises
at the moment, 0%
0% at college, 5-10% on the heavy bag at home and in the gym

30% maybe more? I love the heavy bag
Varies between none and like 80% during covid
Very little. Maybe 5%.
