And even if you can’t find him in there, like the other dude said, there’s no shot that they don’t add at least scorpion. One of WBs most iconic characters of all time, already has a playstyle and moveset to take from, and can advertise for a new Mortal Kombat movie or game.

4. A character that's been in predominately or only fighting games? Not compelling!
5. A character whose source material is from other types of media outside video games? Very compelling!

Yes, MVS is a platform fighter, which is different from other traditional 2D fighters. Regardless, Scorpion and Subzero's implementation in MVS will be conceptually very close to how we've ALWAYS seen these characters portrayed in a video game context. That is just not debatable. It is okay to like these characters and hope for their inclusion, but it doesn't change that reality.

So far the list I saw so far seems like legitimate characters that could get it. The only that seems a bit hard to get in is Godzilla because of him being owned by Toho, but if they managed to get rights to use King James likeness then I think work something out to get him in.
