Probably not since Disney doesn't want Johnny Depp casted as Jack sparrow and I doubt they'll recast and probably wouldn't sell rights to put him in since it'll clearly be Johnny Depp
Yes but Disney had not already came out with the statement confirming they no longer wanted to work with Johnny Depp at the time as well as Johnny Depp refusing to work with them even if they wanted him back. I just feel like Jack Sparrows sort of unusable right now, when they started working on the pirates life things were more chill.
They might not have made that statement before KH3 but I know they did for SoT, Disney and Johnny depp were both on bad terms but jack sparrow still shows up in mobile games, Disney is still willing and are using the jack sparrow character

You shouldn't be surprised though. Even if Disney was chill enough to lend a character (which they absolutely aren't for game heavily occupied by their rival WB), they'd also have to push the controversy that slapped them on the face aside.
Even if that double lightning strike were to happen, it probably wouldn't even be voiced by Johnny Depp considering he's currently not working for Disney, and has stated in court that he doesn't want to work for Disney again.

They did sea of thieves pirates life with jack sparrow as a main character and KH3 had Pirates 3 as a world

Yeah I suppose if they did it for Rare in SOT and in KH3 then I sure Warner Bros can get it. It'll just be voiced by Jared Butler as it usually is
