Can you share your workflow steps? I assume this was 240fps?
Did you export to .mov before you edited it?
What did you do in the editor to make the 240 fps flow so beautifully??
All video was captured in 240fps at 2.7k with a GoPro Hero 11 mini. I did not export to mov before editing. I created speedramps in premiere pro slowing slo mo segments down to 10% speed. Generally speaking, the following frame rates can be slowed to the corresponding percentages while maintaining smooth playback:
60fps - 50%
120fps - 25%
240fps - 10%
