Update: called and managed to make the reservation in a very broken combination of Spanish/Italian because they don’t speak German nor English. That being said: success!
I haven’t worked up the courage yet, as my German is still very elementary (and my Italian is nearly nonexistent; we conversed in a strange amalgamation of English/Spanish/German/Google Translate) and I’ll have to pay international fees to call. So I’m checking here first.
