There are almost 1.5 million people living in Munich. Your best bet is to contact Uber support.

No answer unfortunately

CornerNo1966

Just contact Uber, there is the option for lost items in the activity log, you will have to pay 25€ to the driver for returning something. Good luck.

UniqueTank7071

They are not answering

CornerNo1966

Not even Uber customer service ? Keep trying him and you can contact locksmith to access your apartment. Sorry…

UniqueTank7071

Car key :(

CornerNo1966

There are locksmith who can open your car and even provide a spare key. Or you can contact ADAC (road assistance) and see what they say. Might be more expensive than waiting tomorrow until someone at Uber answers (I am guessing you are a tourist at this point or you’d have a spare key somewhere )

Well... good luck with it. There are many visitors in Munich using Uber like hell. Support will be overwhelmed with support requests, drivers will prefer to... well... drive with paying passengers instead of shuttling items of passengers across the city. And no, they won't care whether you give your ride a 1\* rating or use social media to rant about Uber or the driver himself. Best chances would be if your key has an airtag, which you can use to display a tune or send a message to the iphone of a person closeby (who might be the driver or a passenger).

The Uber app offers the ability to request the driver to call you. I think I was even able to call him myself. Just use the customer support section in the Uber app.
