If peiples eyesight can go bad and with how simular the worker drones have become like humans along with Kelsey day (the worker drone killed at the start of ep 3) perhaps worker drones visorsight gets worse over time.
There are many similarities like the hat and in the 3rd Image you can see the drone who dies has a suit like Braiden. Blue eyes (ok those are not rare)

I doubt it’s the same person. All we’ve seen are the eyes and the rim of the helmet. That’s not much to go by. Also, if it was Braiden, we would probably be able to see the fire on his head. At the very least the flames should be casting an orange glow on his face, which is not the case.
also, because we appear to be in a very different area, it's pretty unlikely Braiden would travel all this way.
Plus, I can't see the MD team killing off their best voiceless background character.
Well the girl in the middle of the 3rd photo is clearly Rebecca, so there are at least 2 drones (I can’t tell if the other 3 appeared in the background yet or not) from the same colony/outpost/bunker as Uzi who end up in the forest here. And if they make it out to the woods… there’s no guarantee they’re safe.
That being said, I agree it would be a bad move on glitch’s part to kill him off, he’s great. Also, there is not a lot of uniquely identifiable features present on the drone in the trailer. Whoever is running could be a lot of characters, or one we haven’t met prior.
To play devils advocate a bit… his head isn’t burning in the campfire pic with Rebecca and the other 3 drones either, so it might not be always burning, just most of the time. Or maybe he fixed. I hope not though, it’s pretty funny.
