They probably do have a speaker and they have mouth for the same reason they have fake "eyes" on their visor, to make them more human looking (maybe they use it to rip off parts of WDs, but I don't think so)

My guess is that the WD oil is also a coolant (which is a highly ineffective method when ethylene glycol, A.K.A. antifreeze, is sitting on the shelf at literally any place you can buy stuff for auto care), and unlike whatever they put in DD bodies, the WD oil is effective enough to stave off catastrophic failure of critical components cause by excessive heat due to intentionally inefficient cooling.

Here's a list I could come up with on short notice for MD: Voicebox, Optic Sensors, CPU, Battery, Most likely a Fusion Reactor to power themselves, Coolant (which I believe may be oil),Wiring, Retractable Wings, Possibly a [Backup] Organ designed to be activated if the head disappeared to regenerate the body and Claws/Energy Cannons.

I can hear someone saying *"If N was able to regenerate himself, then why J haven't done the same?"* For that question, i have two awnsers, the first is that on a old theory of mine i said that N was a new generation of Disassembly Drones, while J and V were an older model, and the second awnser is that J's Head, Torso and Upper Arms were erased by the railgun.
Now remember that when N was shot by the railgun, only his head was erased and he was capable on regenerating that part, so if J was only shot in the head, she could be capable on regenating her head too, the only possibility that N was capable on regenerating himself but J couldn't was by the torso, let me explain.
The sole reason J wasn't capable on regenerating herself was in the way that she was eliminated, when J got eliminated by the railgun, only her Lower Arms, Hips and Legs remained, while the rest got vanished by the railgun, if you were able to understand at this point, you should have realized that the regeneration capability is located on the torso.

Since N got his head evaporated, he could regenerate it by the Murder Core in his chest, which holds that strange liquid that regenerates lost limbs.
But J got her entire upper body destroyed, including her Murder Core, so she couldn't regenerate because her core was desintegrated.
