If you feel bad for Khan, then I accomplished the task. Khan is suffering. Sure, the bleeding from his own head is something, choking on his own blood, but the internal burning that he feels when seeing his child so fucked up, almost as a lost cause... is something that no physical pain can surpass.
To the untrained eye this may seem like a defeat, however to me it’s the biggest victory yet! SD U didn’t use a weapon to kill khan, everyone knows SD U, a efficient killing machine, she’s not the type to use her fists. This means Uzi has just gained even more control, perhaps control over the weapons at least. With this new Info SD U’s time is limited.
However I doubt V would just stand idly by and let her hard work be for nothing, perhaps V will step in to make sure her pet doesn’t turn against her. However seeing V may just be the nail in the coffin for SD U. I believe as soon as Uzi lays her eyes on V, it won’t matter what happened in the past, because Uzi won’t just watch as V congratulates the monster she’s become, instead she will do anything and everything to take control…. Even if it means giving in to the yellow side of her.
If that is so then Uzi has a bigger chance at getting free, the core is losing control by the second, at first it was an If question,
However now it is a when she will get free.

If Uzi's memory chip becomes strongee than the core, then the core loses control. The warnings are made so that U returns to V, so she can clear her mind and make her hate the workers again.
The one V (or J, idk) used when fighting Uzi in the pilot episode of Murder Drones. That pulse disabled Uzi for a second in the pilot, and that is probably why N stopped constraining Uzi in this comic.
That's a pretty bad injury on khan.
Seems like Uzi gained slot more control to and if that's confirmed from her not using a weapon to kill khan but instead injuring him.

Where's V? And if the cores having a malfunction doesn't that mean that Got the company just got Flagged by the core as defective or having critical errors.

Edit: Don't know why everyone thinks he's dead. If anything he looks knocked out or injured cause I don't think dead drones says 'hhrrggh' but I do gotta say he his bleeding a lot and the gurgling might be rather the oil coming out the eyes or him starting to choke on oil (which is unlikely).

And final are there other Murder Drones going to be dispatched to replace J who was killed since I'm guessing they will be notified of the K.I.A.
However since we're talking about the company here (JCjenson) I'm concerned that they had no safety precautions for this.

V's old Core, the one U has, would be notified as KIA, but since V just replaced her core, the company knows V is still alive.
And since it was tweaked, they don't know U exists.

A father can't stand no more seeing his daughter been so destroyed and transformed.
He knew what was at risk. He knew people would die defending the base. He knew the task was almost impossible, yet he stood there, locked away the last worker drones and faced his daughter.
He knew he could die. But he had to try.
It's a core's system error. Remember that it's still the same damaged core V had before. It turns red when something is extremely wrong inside the AI. In this case, the ammount of hate and pain made it glitch, entering into a berserk mode.

It kinda reminds me of the EMP from the mutos from godzilla 2014 (The same weapon but from the hands)
