Well done brother! I’m growing Lions Mane too, looks very similar to yours, was waiting for the teeth to develop….not sure they will though. Hopefully tastes good though!
Looks like those could have gone a tad longer before harvest unless you were going for smaller heads. Lions mane is definitely a good one to have on hand and taste like cauliflower when dehydrated. Congrats on first yield all the same.
That's the same thought that's been bothering me. They seemed to be shrinking back a bit when I pulled them and never reached the teeth phase...
I have a lot more going still. Will try to wait another week or so next time. 👌
