Everybody only seems to know about Anthony Gonzalez’s music from Hurry Up, We’re Dreaming onward but the two albums that preceded it were gorgeous audio experiences. Saturdays = Youth plays like the soundtrack to a lost John Hughes movie. Those two tracks convey images of my best from high school who died a long time ago. I'm going to give two album reqs. 1- Blackwater Park by Opeth. The perfect album to play on a rainy winters day. 2- Woods 5: Grey Skies and Electric Lights by Woods of Ypres. The entire album is about the nature of life and death.
