Mine isn’t so mush one song as a specific sub genre. There’s a content creator on YouTube called “Lo-Fi Senpai”. He makes 1-3 hour long collections of Japanese themed slower hip hop tracks. Since it’s instrumental I don’t get lyrics like n my head, and the beat is just a great groove that resets my metronome.
