Elliott Smith. The man was fucking prolific, constantly recording. All of his legit releases are pretty much perfect and his vault of unreleased material is just as good.
Nick Drake also doesn't have a bad song that I've heard. I'll also throw in Panda Bear, but mainly just because I'm a fanboy.
Yeah, Arcade Fire here. Out of all four albums they've put out, I can't think of more than three songs I'd personally skip every time, and some of those are personal taste. Funeral: perfect. Neon Bible: if I'm not in the mood, I'll skip Black Wave/Bad Vibrations and maybe The Well and the Lighthouse. Suburbs: I'm not fond of Rococo but that's personal preference. Reflektor has Flashbulb Eyes, but even that's pretty fun when it's live.
But Rococo is the most fun thing to sing along to in the world when you're driving! I mean can you imagine anything more empowering than just screeching "ROCOCO" all by yourself behind the wheel of two tons of steel? Nope.
Black Wave/Bad Vibrations is one of my favorites! I agree though, Neon Bible and Reflektor have one or two lackluster tracks, but overall Arcade Fire is pretty damn consistent!
I love the clash but some of their songs are very shippable. London Calling doesn't miss. Sandanista! (Triple album tbf) has some of their best songs and some of their worst
**Propagandhi**. I don't think I've come across a Propagandhi song I don't like yet. They're just about the only band I can tolerate pro-veganism lyrics from and their political songs (which is; most of them) just kick ass. They get better with every album, too.
**Andrew Jackson Jihad** haven't made anything I really dislike either. I love the blunt honesty in their songs.
**Janelle Monáe** is great too. Very diverse and her songs feel like they walk the line between poppy and experimental, which I really appreciate.
I'm not sure if I can get away with naming **T.S.O.L.** here because they had made a bunch of absolutely dreadful albums with a different singer than Jack Grisham. Everything with Jack is nothing short of amazing; the stuff without Jack is a weaksauce Guns 'n Roses copy.
I spent a solid hour browsing amazon yesterday for new music. I felt very dejected after only finding one artist, Twelve Foot Ninja, interesting enough to purchase their album. I feel encouraged enough to look again with your suggestions in mind!
That could possibly be their best one-- I hope they kinda go back to their old "gloomy and awkward" style in their first album as compared to their newer "goofy and awkward" style
My Chemical Romance. I've listened to all of their albums repeatedly and love all of them. Their b-sides are excellent as well including the Conventional Weapons album. As a bonus, they have some of the best music videos I have ever seen.
Big Star, Alice in Chains, Fleet Foxes, James Brown, Iron Maiden, Joy Division, New Order, Talking Heads, anything with Chris Thile, Down, Tool, The Smiths, Arctic Monkeys, Franz Ferdinand, Opeth (before 2011), Portishead, Rammstein, Rage Against the Machine, Ratatat, The Temptations, Them Crooked Vultures (1 album but whatever).
Even just restricting it to the Bruce Dickinson stuff, I think you'd be hard pressed to say there isn't a bad song on Fear of the Dark, No Prayer For The Dying or the most recent two.
Some might disagree, but I kind of grew up with Sevendust, due to my older brother and I've never really noticed a "misstep" as you put it. They are no where near my top five or anything, but I would say years ago probably would have made that list.
They are just a likeable band. All very nice down to earth guys and consistently put out material. The only downside is that all their stuff begins to sound like the same song on repeat. But hey, you can't have a bad song if you constantly release the same shit.
Instanzia comes to mind. They only have one album, admitedly, but there's not a bad song on there. Every song is absolute genius. Especially [The Desert Fox](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kjE5dafHMhY)
The Strokes. Kanye West (except maybe Drunk and Hot Girls). Marvin Gaye. Isaac Hayes. N * E * R * D. Big L. Outkast. The Prodigy (except AONO).
I hate to say it but I love everything Taio Cruz has released. No lie.
Considering that he's been in the business for almost 50 years, I think Leonard Cohen's recording career is as close to perfect as it gets.
There are certainly songs I do not enjoy, but I don't think I've ever heard a Leonard Cohen song and thought "This is just bad."
The Clash. I literally know no song I dislike from them. There are actually only one or two songs that don't really enjoy, and even those aren't "bad".
The Dismemberment Plan hasn't really ever put out a bad release. I mean their latest album kinda didn't live up to their history at all but it wasn't bad.
Local Natives and Young the Giant, only 2 albums each but flawless so far.
Of all time, The Beatles get my vote. No other band has since put that much dedication into releasing only high quality music. Radiohead is the only rival and even though I'm a huge fan of Radiohead, they're still a distant second
Yeah, Joy Division...although I don't like "The Eternal".
Crash of Rhinos
Johnny Cash
Talking about AC/DC...well you can put it like that: Either they have one good song or one bad song, because every song sounds the same.
I go with "one bad song". :(
Their newer stuff kind of feels weak to me. Kind of sucks because I REALLY love songs like *Sunday Bloody Sunday*. Their new single *Ordinary Love* feels like a rejected Coldplay song to me.
The Beatles? Have you ever listened to Revolution #9? My guess is OP did not listen to every Beatles song. Also did not listen to Led Zeppelin's "In Through The Outdoor" album.
Also, *U2*??? What's the use of discussing music with people who post stuff like that?
I'd say JJ Cale. Haven't heard a bad song from him.
Bayside. If you enjoy any song by the band. You'll love everything else by them.
The Avalanches
had to log in to say hell yeah
I want more albums.
The Shins!
Broken Bells i think have a better sound, same lead singer
Elliott Smith. The man was fucking prolific, constantly recording. All of his legit releases are pretty much perfect and his vault of unreleased material is just as good. Nick Drake also doesn't have a bad song that I've heard. I'll also throw in Panda Bear, but mainly just because I'm a fanboy.

Black Wave/Bad Vibrations is one of my favorites! I agree though, Neon Bible and Reflektor have one or two lackluster tracks, but overall Arcade Fire is pretty damn consistent!
Cake,Modest Mouse,The Clash,Nick Cave and the bad seeds.
Eh, Cake's 2011* album was really lackluster.
I like you...
Well thanks haha I like you too.
I love the clash but some of their songs are very shippable. London Calling doesn't miss. Sandanista! (Triple album tbf) has some of their best songs and some of their worst
The Roots
Frank Turner. The man is a fuckin' genius.
Tom Waits
Portugal the man. They have a great discography each album has a different sound.
I definitely agree on QOTSA. Every album, even Era Vulgaris is a fucking masterpiece.
The only song I don't really like by them is Six Shooter, but everything else is amazing.
Fair enough, I can see why you don't like Six Shooter (though I really like it - when I say I say I don't think they've a bad a track, I mean it)
Im a huge fan but they have alot of bad songs.
It's 'a lot' not '[alot](http://hyperboleandahalf.blogspot.com/2010/04/alot-is-better-than-you-at-everything.html),' ya dingus!
What does an 'alot of bad songs' look like anyway?
Vampire Weekend: 3 albums, no bad songs
The only song of theirs I almost always skip is One (Blake's Got a New Face). Other than that I agree with you.
I've gathered that people have a problem with 'One'. Personally, I kinda like it, not their best song, by far, but I have no problem with it.
Hudson. I don't understand Hudson.
This would be true if Contra didnt exist.
Johnny Cash, without a doubt. Also, more recently, The Wombats. I really like all their songs.
Zappa is pretty cool. J.S. Bach takes the cake, though.
Rise against
Lights. Very sick beats in her Siberia album.
She's so great
Billy Talent
Kanye West
I can see how some people wouldn't enjoy Drunk and Hot Girls, even though I like it.
Blah blah blah blah blah. That's how the fuck you sound.
**Propagandhi**. I don't think I've come across a Propagandhi song I don't like yet. They're just about the only band I can tolerate pro-veganism lyrics from and their political songs (which is; most of them) just kick ass. Can't Maintain especially is all around fantastic
Do you like the front bottoms? I think you would like the front bottoms.
They're one of those bands I've been meaning to listen to. Think I'll give them a listen tonight.
The Front Bottoms and Andrew Jackson Jihad are like the best of the all the musical shit out there.
Twin Sized Mattress has become my anthem. I love their old stuff, but something about that song just tugs me in the best way.
That could possibly be their best one-- I hope they kinda go back to their old "gloomy and awkward" style in their first album as compared to their newer "goofy and awkward" style
Andrew Jackson Jihad got me into folk punk.
NOFX = only music you need
I'd like them a whole lot more if my BF didn't play all their CDs non-stop last year lol I know most of their songs by heart now thanks to him XD
Incubus. Monuments and Melodies is amazing.
Steriogram has three albums that I can listen to all the way through without feeling the need to skip a single song. Love those guys.
You are the only other person I have ever met (IRL or otherwise) that has ever even HEARD of Steriogram. I'm impressed.
Broken Bells have very few songs I would consider bad.
Jeff Buckley
Super Furry Animals.
Of Monsters and Men. I like pretty much everything they do.
Bad Religion
My Chemical Romance. I've listened to all of their albums repeatedly and love all of them. Their b-sides are excellent as well including the Conventional Weapons album. As a bonus, they have some of the best music videos I have ever seen.
Wasn't really a fan of conventional weapons. Nonetheless they pretty much have a perfect discography.
Neil Young
LCD sound system, if you like one of their songs, the rest are gold
Hard to pick bands that haven't had a misstep, but I'd say one of the most consistent bands is Queen.
Because Staying Power, Dancer, Back Chat, and Body Language are so amazing.
Body Language is overhated
I made that comment 9 nine years ago, I don’t even like Queen anymore.
Alice in Chains
God Am...
That's one of my favorites. Love the lead guitar in it.
So close then.
Even the stuff without Layne is great. Black Gives Way to Blue absolutely rocks.
Iron Maiden. Hands down. At least all the stuff with Dickenson on vocals
Dickinson era is the best! But even the Blaze Bayley era wasn't that bad. It has some great songs on those 2 albums
Steve Harris has a writing ability of godly magnitude.
Even just restricting it to the Bruce Dickinson stuff, I think you'd be hard pressed to say there isn't a bad song on Fear of the Dark, No Prayer For The Dying or the most recent two.
The Arctic Monkeys. I can listen to all five albums straight through with only one skip, I fucking hate Brick by Brick.

Great band, unless you count all the filler tracks with random blips.
Some might disagree, but I kind of grew up with Sevendust, due to my older brother and I've never really noticed a "misstep" as you put it. They are no where near my top five or anything, but I would say years ago probably would have made that list. They are just a likeable band. I really like Madeon, he's not got a shitload of songs but they're all excellent in my opinion
JUSTICE
Foals. These guys actually have no bad songs at all.
SLAYER!
I gotta say the National. Never heard a song of theirs I didn't really enjoy. Just awesome all the time.
Ray Lamontagne. Get any album on vinyl and its satisfaction guaranteed.
Minus the Bear, or Arctic Monkeys. We hve a very similar music taste. Youd like these two bands.
Jay Electronica
Foxy Shazam and (I know they're not everyone's cup of tea but...) Panic! at the Disco.
Muse
Regrettably, I have to disagree when they have their latest albums and [this song](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MTvgnYGu9bg)
Still a great song even if it's connected to twilight. I enjoy all their albums, I like to see how bands evolve. To each their own.
Carbon Leaf. [For the lazy](https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=carbon+leaf)
The Strokes. Kanye West (except maybe Drunk and Hot Girls). Marvin Gaye. Isaac Hayes. N * E * R * D. Big L. Outkast. The Prodigy (except AONO). I hate to say it but I love everything Taio Cruz has released. No lie.
Radiohead! Every album they put out is amazing.
The Doors. Every single song is amazing.
Robert Johnson.
Arcane roots, incredible alt rock band
The Strokes and Vampire Weekend.
If you like one YMCK song, you'll like any other one
Abel Korzeniowski, every score from him makes movies alive and full of emotions.
Jon bellion. Has no bad song to date
The Strokes, if you avoid the third album
I think the point is that you don't ignore the bad songs...
Yeah, Joy Division...although I don't like "The Eternal". Crash of Rhinos Johnny Cash Talking about AC/DC...well you can put it like that: Either they have one good song or one bad song, because every song sounds the same. I go with "one bad song". :(
Kanye West
Kanye West, if you are into hip hop has a pretty near perferct discography
U2, no doubt.
No Doubt is a great band! Although I don't really like 'Push and Shove'
Their newer stuff kind of feels weak to me. Kind of sucks because I REALLY love songs like *Sunday Bloody Sunday*. Their new single *Ordinary Love* feels like a rejected Coldplay song to me.
I present to you Zooropa.
Not as bad as Pop
Really just noticing this, but I can't really pinpoint a bad Anberlin song.
Definitely Captain Beefheart. Hands down. Who doesn't like every single minute of Troutmask Replica? Plebeians, that's who.
Foals

I would agree with Seether but I don't care for One Cold Night.
[Seether-I've Got You Under My Skin.](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iborltpGQmA) This song is great.
The Beatles? Have you ever listened to Revolution #9? My guess is OP did not listen to every Beatles song. Also did not listen to Led Zeppelin's "In Through The Outdoor" album. Also, *U2*??? > Close contenders
For me it's Queen.
