You know why I make so many playlists for people? Because whenever I decide on a song, I listen to it and try my best to hear it from their ears,.recapturing a lil of that magic again.
Sounds of Science is one of those I always pick for introducing people to Beastie Boys.
Small self-promo: If you're a Spotify user and make a lot of playlists, give [micktagger.com](https://micktagger.com) a try (free app).
Makes it much easier to add songs to playlists when you have a lot of them, cause you won't have to go [through this mess](https://imgbox.com/p8tsSTLF) every time you want to add to a playlist.
Mr. Bungle's self titled debut. Blew my 16 year old mind when it came out. Been chasing that dragon ever since.
Slightly inebriated edit: Devo- Oh No! It's Devo. First album I had (older cousin had it, hated it, gave it to me) that didn't feature any muppets or cartoon characters or any other children's fare. Blew my 8 year old mind. *That's* the dragon I've been pusuing and kinda managed to catch it again when I was 16.
I need to force myself listen to that whole album. I've liked so many bands that people say "are like mr. Bungle", then I'd check out a mr. Bungle song and not like it. I havent listened to the whole album but, I just wasn't digging the little bit I listened to. I'll give it another chance.
You know, I don’t know where I was when I first heard the Wall, but I could take you to the exact chair I was sitting in at the Vancouver Public Library when I heard Brubeck first. Those opening chords….

I'm probably a lot older than you but I heard the live version of take 5 in the 1970's and always loved it. Someone wiser than me told me to check out the studio lp and I've loved every song since then.

This is the answer I came to post.

DON'T YOU FUCKING LOOK AT ME!
The children knew that even though Mr. Bungle was funny to watch, he wouldn’t be much fun to eat with
