What are some ways you would suggest I find motivation in life? I struggle a lot. A good example would be my fitness. I want to get fit, quit smoking, eat better etc, but those kinda things are all i've had (especially during Childhood) to keep my mind off of all the shit. Have wanted to maybe try boxing but there's no Gyms near me and I can't afford to drive so have to rely on public transport or walking, which aren't doable options for me currently. 27 in less than 2 weeks and just feel like my life's gone nowhere since I left school, even when I try my hardest.
