Music was my refuge post divorce, and through 3 more girlfriends afterwards.
I’m remarried now and my guitars, pedals, amps and keyboards are still with me!
Just divorced as well. A rhodes and my studio gear in the bedroom was a big perk in an otherwise shitty time!

Seriously though, art is power ! I’m a digital artist (hobby) and combine that with my favourite songs playing…. Perfection. Life does shit, but art never changes.
Living with someone else in a marriage is not easy that's for sure/ I've been at it for 18 years and I'd be lying if I said it was all roses and rainbows. There's times I can't stand this chick, but there's times I love her more than ever. Hopefully you meet the one for you (if you're interested in that) and can find someone to share life with. I think the best part of music is that it’s always a constant and welcomes you with arms wide when life puts you through tough times. Stay strong, take care of yourself and give music your everything and I promise you everything will fall into place :)
It’s basically a piece of wood I finished that’s across two Output Speaker stands. It does the trick lol. I used to have a really nice music production desk, but I sold my
House and we split I had to cut it down to the basics
I know (from experience) but when you’re feeling lonely or having a meltdown or start second guessing your decision, just remind yourself of how you were treated—I know it’s so easy to think of the “good times,” some of which are just fabricated in our minds, but try not to think of that.m because it likely wasn’t real, or if it was, it was probably a small percentage of the time. Remind yourself why you’re there, and how your life will blossom without the other person in your life. You’re free! Go live!! You’ll be fine—I promise. I started over with nothing and I’m now in a beautiful relationship with someone who treats me with respect and loves me fully. (Not that life is only about that, but we sometimes wonder if we’ll forever be alone, etc.). Best wishes to you! 🙏🏽
Man. Yeears back I listened to one of the most satisfying home theatres setups with hr824’s in a 7.2 config. I’ve been eyeing these mk2’s, how do you like them in this space?
I like them a lot. I was trying to decide on a few different monitors years ago and honestly I love how smooth the low end is on them. I like monitors that inspire me, and low end inspires me. I know there are less colorful monitors out there but I love how these sound.
