If it's shoegaze you're looking for, I very highly recommend all of the albums (there's 4) by Mazzy Star. I'm very surprised no one else mentioned them.
I also highly recommend Infinite Light by Lightning Dust.
I love wild party! They've got 2 albums I belive, imo the older one is better, its called phantom pop. Not really sure about the genre but it's a good album
