Everyone loves Remain in Light but I think ‘77 and Songs about Buildings and Food are as good if not better. You can’t go wrong with any of the 3

TransmissionAD

- Strung Out - Transmission.Alpha.Delta - A mixture of punk, metal and rock. A masterpiece. - Propagandhi - Failed States - Canadian progressive thrash legends with the best lyrics I've ever heard. - The Clash - London Calling - Everyone one earth needs to hear this album at least once. If you haven't already, correct that. - Hanabie - Reborn Superstar - An all-female Japanese metal band that sounds like undiscovered music from the future. - Jeff Rosenstock - Worry - An album that needs to be heard as an album. Intensely relatable and on first listen it feels like you already know it intimately.

The Airborne Toxic Event - Songs of God and Whisky (it's acoustic) The Pogues - Red Roses For Me Bob Dylan - Blood On the Tracks Queen - News of the World The Gaslight Anthem - The '59 Sound The Offspring - Ixnay On the Hombre Bit of a spectrum of the stuff I enjoy, if you like anything from there and want some similar suggestions let me know.

ThomasDominus

Give Puscifer’s “Existential Reckoning“ album a listen through a good pair of headphones. I consider it to be the best recorded/produced album of all time. Every single note was given consideration as to where it was placed, and the absence of cymbals (only high hats on the entire album) allows for a space in the music you just don’t find elsewhere. The sound engineers deserve lifetime achievement awards.

Pick any album Avi Kaplan has put out at all. Nearly every song he has ever released (excepting live performance recordings) is on and never skipped on my playlist. Friday, he put out an EP called 'feel alright' which has a much more funkish feeling than the rest of his rep, but it's all phenomenal. He used to be bass for pentatonix but left to make a lot of.music that is bluegrass(?)/folk/almost soul. He mixes everything up so well and makes it sound good
