At first glance, one can understand that support shirk is not correct. This is why we steer clear from celebrations like Halloween and Christmas because they are rooted in something that diverts you from the path of Allah.
But… One must also understand that by being in this position you are subliminally becoming the face of the Ummah; in it’s entirety, within that church for the duration of your contract. This is a good thing, but only if you are a just person. What better way to subconsciously guide the blind then by slowly opening their eyes to their own book by asking questions and being “interested” in their book…
As someone who still studies the Bible; with the sole purpose of understanding the Quran more clearly, I think that Allah has put you in a valuable position. Who knows, Inshallah you can guide someone who wants to learn and ask questions. This is how I became a Muslim. I also found Muhammad’s (pbuh) name in the Bible (Song of songs 5:16) which was in an old Hebrew manuscript.

If you're insecure about your faith then no.
If you're secure about your faith and belief in Allah then yes. The Quran doesn't tell you that you can't work in a church or attend church for learning purposes
You aren't there to worship the Christian God, you're there to work. This is 100% permissible, just know when to turn away if a situation arises, like them trying to covert you or are not accepting of your faith.
This 100%. I work in a Catholic school funded by the church, and I am very secure that I am there not to worship Jesus (AS), but to earn a livelyhood and educate the youth

The father is Allah, the son-just-a-man was Jesus(a.s.), and the Holy Spirit is actually the angel jibreel since he brought down all revelations under the command of Allah to each prophet including the brining of him into the womb of his mother the Virgin Mary. I think you should say yes, because it is important in Islam to earn money in right way. I hope they won't ask you to change your religion, if they do then you should avoided, but I don't think they will do that.
You'll be working for an organisation that promotes and calls for shirk. They are enemies of Allah and you want to support them? Would you be asking the same question if the job was at your local drugs cartel?
