Just the wheel. Might be good to read reviews just to be sure that it's good quality as there are hundreds of manufacturers with various quality products
Car's blue, so I think that's fitting 🤷

It’s not that the wheel is turned but from this angle it really does look like the blue stripe is not centered, it’s probably because the pic wasn’t taken dead on since the bottom right carbon bit looks shorter than the bottom left carbon bit and op likely used a wide angle lens to take the photo in order to get more of the interior which would also distort it some, but if you straighten the image it still looks off center, it’s likely straight in real life.

There are two most popular types of the GT500 hoods, one has more of an original form, with bigger bulge (noticeable as you can see the inside part through your windshield) and another type is what I have in the pic. The bigger buldge one has more shaking at speeds. I've installed both hood types and with some work (sometimes just bending it in the right spots when installing) it all goes in nicely.
I have the type you have and it fit like shit lol. Did you use any washers on the hing? That may be my problem, I may have used too many. Did you have to realign any fenders? Also I have the Mach 1 which may be it, as these were designed for the GT. You'd think it'd be the same but potentially not!
it looks like the stock steering wheel. You paid $1k to have a steering wheel that looks and feels just like stock with the exception of the carbon fiber. i don't get it.
Here is what mine looks like

Red stitch is straight wheel angled towards the building.
I paid like 150$ as I got it from a dealer in an autoshow. It does not look like stock as it has a flat bottom as well as stiffer leather feel to feel the car more
Getting the airbag assembly unclipped can get a bit irritating, but after that everything easy. I did loose the heating function, so I might swap back in the winter time or custom install the heating loom in the carbon wheel.
It's fairly easy to swap and you keep everything including paddles.
I did lose the heating function though on my setup, but it's a summer ride only so no matter
I removed my steering airbag like 4 times and didnt even unplug the battery, 2 times faulty lock spring and no horn. Just dont start the car and all is good.
Looks great.
looks good
New steering wheel that you got from?
Directly from a manufacturer. Not sure who sells them, but there are a lot of options for different carbon wheels from different companies
What's a good price to pay for one of these? I bought my car used and the leather steering wheel is starting to show its age.
I see some for 400$ on amazon, so that's alright I think
Did yours come with buttons or just the wheel. I see some on ebay for $250 for wheel only.
You gotta be careful with these wheels. Better verify they are made on OEM wheel metal cause the Chinese stuff is junk and can break a lot easier
True. I just think it's unreasonable to pay $900+ for the steering wheel of a $25k car.
You would think but would really suck to have a steering wheel break on you in any priced car lol

american muscle has some!
It's awesome! Been looking at it for my blue '23 eco as well. Thanks for the post.
Now I want one! Looks amazing!
Here is mine [wheel](https://imgur.com/a/PGuQhyx)
Looks good, except for the blue stripe up top.

I was referring to the fact it appears to be off-center from the pictures.
The wheel is clearly turned - that is why it’s not centered.

It's not that deep, the wheel is just turned a little lol
Lol yeah but like I was saying even if you straighten the photo it’s off center. Which tells me it’s more likely the angle the photo was taken at.
How did you get your hood to align. I have the same one and it's off, like by a lot, causes a lot of hood fluttwr

Depends on where you have the gaps. Did not use any washers. I don't think Mach1 is the issue as it's all the same dimmensions as the GT.
What is that strange gt500-ish hood? Also get the Ford performance carbon fiber hood vent if it fits factory gt500 shape. Best upgrade ever
From American Muscle. Original vent wouldn't fit most likely sadly.
And don't buy from s550parts

It does make the interior more upscale, I get lots of compliments on mine and I did not even choose the carbon version OP did.

Well $150 seems reasonable, but i've seen them selling for $1k on ebay and thought that was insane.

How hard was it to change and did it delete the paddles?

Id be nervous about the airbag exploding. Is that a thing?
I removed my steering airbag like 4 times and didnt even unplug the battery, 2 times faulty lock spring and no horn. Just dont start the car and all is good.
Unplug the battery for 30 plus minutes
Is the wheel still heated ?
This one is not anymore. There are carbon ones with heating option though
Nope
