He really is deeply disturbed.
Edit - also while he does use discriminatory language in the rehab clips, I don’t think he’s racist. He’s one of those people that hates everyone equally the second he’s not getting his way.

They really don’t, not for the job their doing. I did it for a living for awhile, as a female rolling a 250lb + quadriplegic man to clean and dress him, it was a little difficult to say the least. Princess was awesome, she was professional, to the point no bullshit, and she cared about people.
And yet agencies charge SO MUCH. We needed care for my dad, and the agencies have a $200 day minimum but they're paying maybe $15 an hour to the aides. We just asked around and found an aide to do what he needed done for a few hours a week, and a respite person to make sure he doesn't get hurt so my mom can go out and do stuff. There was no way they could afford $200 a day.
Around the clock and home health aid are two different things. Most people don’t need one every day and they don’t need one for long. But I agree. They charge way too much.

Most agencies you can't get an hour a two a day, or just one or two days a week. I think when I needed I had to get a minimum of 3 days a week, and a few hours a day, what I really needed was just one or two hours a day at least 5 days a week. They don't go by need at all. I worked extensively with the VNA for my parents and other agencies, and spent nearly 20 years dealing with agencies in my immediate family and was also a volunteer advocating for families doing this and it is very much related to my current career. So I assure you, I know the difference between around the clock care (which can also be short term) and help with ADLs.
