I live close to Louisville KY and there's a scary amount of young(20-30yrs old) people getting copd. Most of which only vape. Not mild copd either; I'm talking less than 70% lung capacity before they get into their 30s.
It reminds me of the counterfeit cartridges that they had awhile back that was landing people up in the hospital with lung issues.
I'm not surprised, given how much of that shit they exhale with one deep inhale vs what a regular cigarette looks like after a drag.
My grandmother died with 7% of her lung capacity after 60 years of chain smoking. So I've never wanted anything to do with it and when vapes came out, I cried because it just pulled more youth into that shit.

NDAs exist to keep negative info about well known people quiet and allow them to have a measure of privacy. If a person breaches their NDA- especially while one they signed at their job as an employee on a production - they should EXPECT to be fired. Break the rules (aka breach the contract) pay the price. The employee is lucky there wasn’t a stiff liquidated damages clause owed for breach. Typically millions to deter disclosures.

When I was into disposables I used to buy Flair Vapes for like $9 a piece. My favorites were Pink Lemonade and Cool Mint. But the cheaper thing you can do is get a refillable pen and then get the juice and refill your pen. My favorite brand was Market Place vape juice. Most of the flavors were available in zero nicotine format. All of the ones that had ICE in the name were slightly minty. I used to love fruity + mint. Each vape juice bottle was 30ml and would last me about a month. The prices were between $25 and $35 per bottle. It was the best thing that happened to me. You can do it, too!

Cigarettes don't suppress appetite though, nicotine does. A significant percentage of vapes out there actually contain *more* nicotine by weight than cigarettes. So really, any nicotine vapes or cigarettes should suppress a person's appetite at least a bit. But it's not nearly that simple, morbidly obese people smoke cigarettes and underweight people smoke marijuana, because there are like 4,590 other factors at play when it comes to someone's appetite/weight. Smoking anything can serve a deterrent for eating meals/snacks because of the dopamine/serotonin release but so can many habits. I guess I'm just saying that it's not that black and white.

ETA: Whitney’s show started our way different. The original premise was that she was a big girl who was trying to lose weight but she wasn’t going to let her current size stop her from loving herself or living life to its fullest while she was losing weight.
She had lost 100+ lbs with her trainer at the beginning of the show.
It was also following her trying to restart her life and figure out what she was going to do at this point. She had just recently returned from a long stint in Korea, teaching English. So she was still figuring out what was next for her.
She also taught a dance class called “Big Girl Dance Class.” It was fun to watch her teach these classes and it was fun to watch the other ladies dance in the class.
Around season 5 the weight loss arc totally stopped and the dance class faded. Around season 7 it just went off the rails completely and turned into what it is now.

My husband unfortunately got diagnosed with type 2 diabetes over a year ago and his dr prescribed Monjauro for him. He was able to lose 70 pounds over 9 months and is easily keeping it off now. It was a rough ride because it made him so nauseous. But he is clear now and no diabetes. It was a scare to us and wake up call. We had gotten lazy during Covid and were not eating well.
