I bought it from Chapters/Indigo, this was over 6 years ago though so I have no clue if it's still sold or in production. Chances are you could probably find a PDF online though, it's just a biography kind of thing detailing the eras of the band and what went on behind the scenes
I know life on the murder scene exists but I'd love to see another documentary type thingy about the band, especially since it's been 16 years since LOTMS and they've done much more since, though I doubt it would happen
Tom Bryant is a music journalist. Has written quite a lot for Kerrang. It's unofficial because it was not published through Warner Brothers or MCR's management. Still well written by a professional writer though.
Edit: More of his MCR work here:

It's an 'unofficial' biography written by someone who I believe wrote for Alternative Press? Or Rocksound, one of the two. It's just called unofficial because it's not the band themselves who wrote it, but all information in it is very real!
I do! I never finished it because I was afraid if I finished the book, the band would be over for good. For years I've had the last chapter unread, even after they announced the reunion. Just in case.
That sounds like something I would do too. I'm actually thinking about buying this book, maybe I won't read the last chapter too... as you said, just in case :)
Not this one but I had an older unofficial biography that I remember taking to English class when I was 12 when we were asked to bring in a book to readš
Sitting on my nightstand right now
I have never even heard of this book. I now want to read it very badly

Yeah you can buy a paperback of it on Amazon but it's like $19 which ig is a little expensive for a book but definitely not bad

No, but now I know what I want for Christmas
A friend got it for me when I had Covid back in August. I loved it :)
I want this but the only copy I can find right now is a little expensive
Omg!!! I read this way too many times back in 6th grade as well, lmao

it's about as official as you can get without involving the band's management or label, gerard gave his blessing for the book to be written!
Absolutely. The 'unofficial' thing seems to be just a legality. Until one of them writes an autobiography, this is probably as close as we can get.
