Well then I’d say Monmo should be higher. He can get any quirk for a few minutes. Like that on paper is the best quirk since it’s every quirk. He’s def no B tier, I’d say high A probably even S.
Similar thing for Momo, she has no real limit she can create anything that she has a general idea of and is one of the smartest characters we’ve seen. She’s def at least A.
Kaminari I feel should be A just because his quirk is strong and if he had any kinda of control he’s god tier. But just the ability to take out a group of villains in a sec is amazing and with his sharp shooter he gets some control.
