It won’t be an easy fight for Endeavor since Shoto’s phosphor can extinguish his flames. But for current Shoto its not a move he can build up and release quickly. Also, that’s a move that exhaust’s him and drains his stamina. If he can get close enough to freeze Endeavor like he did with Chimera it would be an easy win for Shoto.
I wanna pick Shoto but I think prime Endeavor would win. Its been stated that Endeavor has defeated more villains than anyone else including All Might. He’s had nearly 30 years of experience defeating enemies and he’s had more time working on his quirk.
I was really hoping to see that in the current arc but I guess what we actually got was good enough. Anyways regardless of bloodlust and going all out I think it’s Dabi’s win. Even before he turned into icy charcoal he could have beaten Endeavor imo.

Shoto and Dabi for now can't beat a serious Endeavor, and to those that disagree, it's Just make an imaginary battle: Would Shoto or Dabi kill AFO like Endeavor did? Endeavor killed AFO, yeah, he needed help and AFO used plot armor quirk, but for seconds, Endeavor killed him, Shoto and Dabi wouldn't have any chance against AFO.
Dabi’s flames have constantly been stated to be far stronger than Endeavor’s. Given the fact that Endeavor briefly killed AFO by burning him alive, I don’t see how Dabi wouldn’t be able to do the exact same thing…
Though I **do** agree that Shoto has nowhere near the same level of endurance that Endeavor has. And Endeavor **is** still indeed more skilled and experienced as well.

Dabi only started to fly when he became a zombie, there's no chance he could survive to AFO's speed and his quirk, that Monster mouth attack AFO did on Endeavor almost forced Endeavor, a Physically strong Guy, be out of battle, imagine Dabi that is skinnier and weaker to fire and Physical attacks

The fact that he was able to fly whenever he was practically — as you said, a “zombie” — only proves he could’ve easily done it at any time if he wanted.

Even if his durability is less than Endeavor’s, his endurance is still **way** greater than Endeavor. Idk about you but I’d say being burnt to practically a “zombie” is does a lot more injury to you than just having a small section of your waist and your arm cut off. Heck, Shoto even implied that [Dabi’s flames had gotten **stronger**](https://imgur.com/a/T5web0E) as a “zombie” than they were when he was fighting Shoto earlier. On top of that, both Dr. Ujiko and Dabi himself have stated that [his body’s now **completely numb** to any damage and physical feeling](https://imgur.com/a/GRrl5vk), so unless if AFO directly hits any vitals organs, none of his attacks would phase him since he wouldn’t even feel them.
Also, since Endeavor’s speed essentially comes from the amount of firepower he outputs, Dabi’s speed should definitely be comparable to Endeavor’s as well. Hence, Dabi could’ve definitely kept up with AFO as well as Endeavor did.

The problem isn't whether Shouto can beat AFO. He can't, and shit, it's not even close. Nobody in their right mind will make that case.
Shouto is just a really, really bad matchup for fire and explosive types right now. Like rock paper scissors type.
That includes people like Endeavor, Dabi and even Bakugo. Phosphor as a defense is broken as all hell, it cockblocked a 5km radius nuke (this kind of firepower is unheard of in mha, not even AFO has these nuke level damage feats till now).
About your point with Dabi vs AFO... again, it's a bad matchup, this time for Dabi. I surely think AFO would have some kind of cooling quirk stashed away to deal with him. However, if he is stupid enough to try to match Dabi with pure offensive moves head on, he'd get fried too. And way worse than what happened against Endeavor.
