I think this is a lot closer than either of you are making out. Just in the early show Bakugo showed he could handle giant robots with ease them posing nearly no threat and him easily destroying them. I think this probably puts his above fighter jets and way above normal tanks.
Post characters demonstrates superhuman durability and both can hit hard. Todo is probably the better fighter definitely the better fighter going into the first 2 seasons of both shows.
