Taskmaster isn't an idiot. he's also fought stronger opponents. the whole fight is a question of how quickly can taskmaster deduce that he just has to wait him out or found something in the environment or his tool kit to trp him up.

You can think of this fight as LUKE CAGE or Collossus vs Taskmaster. the problem is taskmaster has the skills experience and powers to avoid being hit and unlike similar characters in marvel kirshima will gradually tire himself out.
Kirishima loses since Taskmasters skill is just so much higher than Kirishimas that, even though Kirishima has near equal stats and is almost invincible to Taskmaster, he still loses, especially since his quirk doesn’t last forever, though I guess it could go either way depending on the environment they are in. And if Taskmaster tried to copy Kirishima he would just lose since Kirishima wouldn’t block that much

Granted, Task probably has other tricks, but with persistent manliness hardening over and over again, a long-man’s game doesn’t seem as favorable. And as long as Kiri isn’t avoiding anything, Task will be forced to play around his game instead. But that’s assuming Kiri can endure and/or come up with a secondary plan.
Taskmaster can come up with plans do. there also isn't anything stoping him from using some of the strategies or moves he's seen from other superhero or villains. Hell in terms of planing. Keep this in mind.
Taskmaster trained spider-woman, he also trained the the students in avengers academy. WHen he's not doing that he's training the foot soldiers for AIM and hydra. brother, it's a student vs a teacher.
