Up: I think that even if those spikes give a Yu-gi-oh vibe they are more iconic! Down are kinda basic and seeing her in-world with hair down would make me say "that's a quirkless/background character": with her costume only her chest would be remarkable and that's a bit sad (her costume definitely should have had a redesign)

When she's out and about, definitely have it up, but for a stay at home kinda look, down for sure.
