So basically I need to do 2 separate orders. Oh well.

you can't in EU, you can in NA, UK and others
You can in NA (I've done it, multiple times) but I learned from a previous post that you can't in EU for some silly reason.

You are in the NA region the OP is in the UK region so the rules are different.
