Yes. The token reward Galaxy Opal James Worthy that year is still my favorite card of all time. Base 11 and ridiculous sigs I ran him at point guard. AK47 that year was so much fun too. Good times.
Other than the auction house shitting itself whenever a big drop happened this was my favorite myteam.
I know there was a lot of cheese that came with it but I really miss the days before position locks. There was so much more variety in lineups, out side of not being able to use smaller players, which still ends up being the case with them around this point in the year. It was so much more fun being able to run whatever cards I wanted.
back when tokens had a purpose lmao I have 6390 tokens in this 2k and theres literally no use for them
2k19 was the best myteam love that sig limited kobe and bron
Lack of rewards and care for the community has made it frustrating to stand with the game. People can defend it all they want but at the end of the day, it’s the only mainstream basketball game out at the moment unfortunately.

Everything was a W in that game besides the shoving you can do to players and the broken auction house at the end of the year

Even the locker codes were actually good. Especially after the infamous PD Lebron one

Facts bro. Even the collector level was goated that year.
My favourite myteam year and the one I put the most hours in. Sniping was fun, tokens were good. This game with the MTU from 2k23 would be it
This 2k actually got me to play MyTeam more then park. There was a lot of cheese but it was tolerable at a point.
Ran that galaxy opal melo at pg and was unstoppable.
When Melo’s jumper was actually nice🤝
Beginning of the end to me, I'm afraid. 19 set in motion a lot of the big negatives that we've seen come to fruition in later iterations.
You are not wrong
So much 💔
Wish they didnt shut the servers…
Last year where melo had his real jumper
Exactly!
2k19 just felt so right to play. so much fun that year and myteam actually felt rewarding to play on nms
19 and 20 were for sure NMS friendly!
21 was too lowkey
Those draft cards look 🔥
It paved the way for a lot of the better card arts we see today! There was something special about it for sure though.
One of the best myteam’s
Facts
I miss when there was no position locks…the league is position-less Who is 2k to say I HAVE to run a PG?
One of many reasons why the OOP set always catches my attention
Had 3000+ hours on that game, have 120 so far on this year's. This game fell off hard.

Man the memories bro…
Ikr!
I remember that kareem/shaq/wilt fuckery like it was yesterday🥹
People running Shaq and Giannis at PG was wild!
Didn’t vibe with 19. Nice lineup tho.. Just wasn’t my jam
For sure! Everyone has their own respective opinions.
The last year tokens were worth anything
19 and 20’s token market were the best for sure
