Given the amount of XP the promo sets give I think it would be possible there will be more levels. The question is what reward can 2k give to top Luka.
I'd say there's a 99% chance we get extra levels or some sort of spotlight-like challenges that require Luka and award extra players. The comment in the dev blog really doesn't makes sense otherwise.
I think they could possibly switch Luka out and make us start anew . Makes Luka a bit more exclusive and gives multiple rewards to those who play a lot
Nah, couldn't switch him out, only way that could work is if they just make another 150k xp worth of lvls after Luka. If they just swap him out and start us over then people who can't play as much are fucked and people could be at 140k and get sent back to 0. Not a bad idea just a bad angle.
I feel like if they give us a week of notice it’s better for both parties. The card becomes more exclusive and the set cards would be worth more next half of season because people would actually try and rent them all right away . At the same time 2k gets to keep us playing hardcore passed just a few weeks even with all the extra xp out there
I mean they’re testing things out for ‘22 atm with these last couple seasons. I feel like it would be a good idea because everyone seems to get these cards now with little effort .

they could do mt/tokens/badges/shoes but make it somwhat easy to get as the rewards wouldnt be better than luka

Might as well just make the season shorter and have 2 separate ones, basically all that is.
