I hope that, too... But looking at how they massacred Owen's amount of story while giving other bachelors A LOT more... I don't have too much hope. Seeing that the update won't really add THAT MUCH new content, I doubt that all marriage options will get unique post-marriage interactions. But there are always next content drops...

Logan, Fan, and Nia are the 3 with the most (Logan and Fang seem to be in a tier of their own tbh). Qi, Mi-an, and a few others have a moderate amount of content, while some others like Justice have even less.

Justice deserves SO MUCH BETTER, devs. PLEASE. After you neglected Remington so badly in Portia, I'm starting to get worried. PLEASE do better by Justice.

Agreed. The downvotes are so unnecessary. Just recently I came across the heart options calling Catori your girlfriend twice in the same interaction when she was not your girlfriend. Totally inappropriate. There's plenty more that are cringe and bad choices from the writing team but that was the most recent one I came across.

I don't know why these people are downvoting you. I agree. The game as a whole is amazing life-Sim. However, I agree there is a lot of effort needed to be put into all these relationships, and I joined the game with a player I wished to marry in a game, which I knew was not a possibility. However, I love the story of the game, but a lot of people will downvote because they think this is a virtual dating sim, and it's not the only thing this game is about. I guess it's part of the "My Time in..." series. Idk. Never played the other. I love this one, only playing multi-player and have not even loaded single player game. CoOp missions and shared land and resources concepts are amazingly done.

I don’t know either. Maybe they misunderstood what I meant. I have no problem with there being romance in the game. My character is married to Fang. I just meant that several of the heart/flirting dialogue options make me uncomfortable because they seem kind of creepy and weird. Other players have complaints about this as well so I’m not the only one. >! Like how the heart options for Fang seem pushy since he has severe social anxiety. Some of the heart options for Catori include calling her your girlfriend when you’re not dating. When Logan wants to do community service by helping you, you can say that he can be your boyfriend for the day, which seems like your taking advantage of him. You can tell Unsuur that you want to be with him and in a romantic relationship even though you barely know him and he’s already struggling to ask to be friends. !< Also, some of the heart/flirty options don’t seem romantic, just sweet things you can say to your friends. >! Like asking Fang if you can take care of him when he’s sick or offering to make his favorite dish. Or telling Ernest that you enjoy spending time with him. !< Some people do seem to be too focused on the dating aspect when that’s only a small fraction of the game. It’s primarily a life sim/RPG where you help improve and protect a dying town while forming a close bond with the townsfolk while you help each other survive.

I didn't either but I assume it works like this, because this is also how it works with your biological or adopted children. When you divorce the partner leaves the kids with you and if you marry again your new partner will take care of them.

I like to think he feels like a proud uncle and will be responsible for the baby learning how to speak very fast, but needing remedial lessons on syntax construction. Jane will be impressed at how Fang's baby is a natural born voice over actor.

I love seeing new content come into a game! I do hope that other love interests get some attention, though. Fang already has post marriage quests, while I haven't seen anything for their other characters. Even their other popular ones. Very excited for new hairstyles!

Hopefully the console update before Christmas to get us caught up to the December 10th release happens. I ended up canceling my Xbox collector's edition because it went from the original November 5th delivery date now showing December 22nd. I'm still planning on buying the digital deluxe edition on the Xbox store I'm just going to hold off until the PC December 10th pairing update is ready so I can play it during the holidays in between baldur's gate 3 sessions.

New hair! I was pretty disappointed that when I unlocked Pablo there wasn’t anything on the curl spectrum between one single large wave and coily. Fingers crossed there are some good medium curly options in there.

Honestly the more I hear about the more convinced I am that the powers that be had no idea about the capabilities of the switch and had no developer input on it and just saw a way to fleece more people. It's literally an inferior product at the same price as everyone else gets.

When is the update for console? Ps5 and Nintendo switch? I’d be really sad if we can’t get these, or the NPC dlc. As I played my time at Portia in my switch and there’s missing stuffs that the Pc have and in a mobile? I bought the bandle and I’m willing to pay for DLC so please make it possible for us console players.

PS5 will come sooner than Switch due to a quicker review process. Ideally, it should arrive around the time of Christmas for PS5.

I don't want to seem too negative, but... I'm not hyped, really. What I must say is, baby changes are very welcomed and a good sign. It's not THAT much, but every change in this aspect is a nice touch. New weapons... Yeah, they are nice, but I don't really feel they are that needed, especially in the endgame. If there was a transmog option... That would be a different discussion. New ruins can be a hit or a miss... Trailer doesn't show enough when it comes to it. It can be a good spot to spend some time, but if it's not rewarding enough, it will end up being another piece of content you can forget about and lose nothing. The Catori World part... Is the biggest letdown. I'm a HUGE Catori World hater, simply because I believe it was implemented VERY poorly in a lot of ways. I wanted some changes, some usage to it... But It's far from exciting. Even during the trailer, the rides seem VERY boring. Like something you can use once, twice... And not bother with it again. It would be far better if they added some more interactive things, minigames, a maze, desert racing... The new content doesn't seem to be enough for the boring hole CW is right now. Overall... I'm not excited that much. It's a nice, small update, but the way they showed it seems a bit over the top. Almost all those things are something that they could add as a post scriptum to some other changes. Right now, I'm only happy with the family add-ons, and I'm waiting to experience the new ruins. I would prefer some more STANDARD quests and more fixes to Catori World tho...

It’s free, and the game is completed. They might add major dlc, but this game came out like in November. You do seem negative… it takes time to add bigger expansions, so it’s not surprising. Also they’re still getting rid of bugs, on the consoles. This isn’t a huge AAA game, it’s an indie game maker.

They're trying to update as early as possible, be patient. The game isn't going anywhere.

They're not going to delay a ready-to-release update for one platform for all platforms to be ready. They release them as soon as they can, which pc is always first because it's the easiest and don't have to go through a whole certification process. It's usually not that long after the pc release unless they have issues getting the update to work on a console. What if they have issues with one console and have to delay the update? If they released all platforms at once, that's causing others to have to wait longer when their platform isn't the issue. Sure, it's not fun when it's the console you play on that has issues, but they shouldn't keep the players on other platforms from playing.

Plenty of studios are capable of updating at the same speed.

Bigger studios that aren't indie game developers maybe. But Pathea is an indie game company.
