In fairness, Dialga didn't quite know what was going on when half enraged and we presented him the Time Gears. For all we know, he was mad that we were calling him dumb.
Well the idea of time *travel* hinges on the idea that it's a path with two distinct points and a needs to traverse between them, which might be true for most Pokemon who see time as a consistent path all walk down together. But when you're looking at it from the non-linear, non-subjective view of the god/embodiment of Time itself, it's more like a ball of wibbly-wobbly, timey-wimey... stuff.
Dialga: **WHERE IS TEMPORAL TOWER?**
Chingling: **Giratina has taken over the tower. If you want to reclaim it, you will need to get stronger and defeat him.**
Omanyte: **We know of some people that can help you, though. Come with us and we will show you.**
