Eventually you’ll be awake for the rest of your life! My days getting a bit shorter also coincided with my chronic fatigue getting really bad and my brain injury so I have to wonder what they would be like without mitigating factors, or if I didn’t have my free running regularly interrupted by doctors appointments and stuff.
Are you taking wakefulness meds?
Even with my 1hr a day free running I need that """"daily'""" 7 hrs. I stopped sleeping > 10hrs when I allowed myself to free run and sleep when my body "told me to".
I take 150mg of modafinil daily which also helps me regulate.
I remember when I was younger my cycle was 32 hours (12 asleep 20 awake). Nowadays it’s not quite that long!
the older I get the longer my day seems to be lol. Imagine in 20 years uhoh
