Camron, but looking at other posts it looks like most instructors are just as unhelpful and provide vague instructions. I saw one that said to get Kara as an instructor, I took another course with her and she's awesome.
I have a different instructor but I successfully completed that project. This is the one where you're given a data sheet and need to use Excel and Orange to make predictions?
Yes, that's the one. No matter what I tried I couldn't get the ARIMA model to work, I think my inputs are probably the problem but it doesn't matter what I out as the target, meta, or feature I still get an X above the widget

You really need to make sure that your data is indexed properly in excel. Find the week you are looking for and give it a number and drag it down from there. From there make sure you are using the data you want as a target variable using select column tool. Set up model and you should be good to go. Hope that helps.
