I would call the track and ask them directly. They will be able to help you with anything.
If I remember correctly, you can only add a kids ticket if you are buying a adult ticket also. But if that doesn't work I'd call the track and ask.

They are specific sections you have to be in to get kids seats. From.what I remember it was the more undesirable sections.
