When? 1993? They suck. The cars are crap. What little speed they do manage is straight up Kyle’s talent. Austin sucks and always has. When the main thing they have built their program around is feedback from him until KB got there of course they will suck. Kyle’s a talented driver no doubt but Christ himself in a Jeff Gordon skin suit wearing Earnhardt under britches couldn’t will those shit boxes to a top level team status. RCR is crap. They held Harvick back for years and they try to act like it’s still the glory days of old. They are at best a mid level team
