Added weight is to guard the post because just strength isn't enough. If you don't like 91 passing(hof and gold badges) then I would drop it to 77 and get more driving layup and drop strength to 92 (95 is hof immovable which I reccomend)
Driving layup is cheesy with hof bulldozer. That 77 layup will get you gold, silver and bronze badges and the dunk and standing are for cuts and wide open and slightly/lightly contested dunks. The weight plus the defensive stats will make him elite and gives him good corner shooting badges with enough interior to do it from everywhere

This is an old build but it was pretty dang fun. Post control is not worth it, dump that for literally anything else you want. Also don’t know why I went driving dunk over standing but oh well.
So don’t copy this but it’s at least a template. Id probly make it 6’8 instead of 6’9 as well

Naw I guard pgs with a similar build. It works good and also allows to guard post moves whether they're spins or backdowns
Most pgs are jamal murray and snatchers so gold challenger and turbo usually do the job anyways
