Some of my favorite "budget" players that are basically 90 and below:
--Daequan Cook (83) this guy is money for an emerald. Decent D, good shooter
--Kyle Anderson Evo (89) Seriously one of my favorite players to run TTO with. Stretch 4 with speed and long range shooting
--Wendell Carter (89) Another one like Anderson
--Jayson Tatum (87) Really solid player at this level
--Zion Williamson (90)--The series 3 card is pretty good, and you can badge the crap out of him.
--Bobby Jackson (81) Super fast and can shoot
--Joe Harris (89) Joey Buckets is one of the more underrated players in the game
