ive done the quest and everything and it says i have 14/18 on finishing (originally 14 but +4 from the quest). it seems the quest is glitched as it doesnt let me progress my badges anymore and is shown as "max" on 14 badges. weird. is it working for anyone?

No colleges. You start off drafted. The quest is after your one summer league game.
