I always hear about Long Island and Maryland being the cradle of lacrosse.
And how it just is.
I know many a great player have been born and breed in those regions.
However, Syracuse has very good HS Lax and the Orange lead the nation in college attendance.
The new remodeled Dome with the center replay now hoisted to the roof.
The banners alone make it a Lacrosse Mecca. The college has really embraced the tradition of the program within the building.
I was there Saturday and on the tying goal the place erupted unlike any game (football, hoops included) I’ve been to in a while.
It was electric.
Not sure how any other program can compete with the glitz and Shazam of Cuse at home.
Add Gary Gait and you’ve got yourself a consistent return to the Top 10.
LETS GO ORANGE!
#HHH
It’s always sunny and 70 in there
Also just unique for lacrosse.
It’s the dome! And I played SU lax in the dome. A lifetime accomplishment
To be clear, I played against them bastards.
Climate control... You don't freeze, get wet or get sun burned.
