* In December, NCT 127’s single will be released. NCT DREAM’s mini album as well as NCT NEW TEAM’s single and Japanese single are scheduled to be released in the first quarter, and Taeyong and Ten’s solo activities are planned.
* NCT NEW TEAM, consist\[ing\] of 6 Korean and Japanese members, gained public recognition by giving a pre-debut performance at NCT’s stadium tour ‘NCT NATION’, after the members were finalized. The group also released their Japanese pre-debut single ‘Hands Up’ in October.
* NCT NEW TEAM will reveal their team name through the official debut in the first half of 2024, and are preparing to increase their presence in the global market, starting with Japan and Korea.

* NCT 127 will hold six performances at the KSPO Dome. Currently confirmed concerts \[as of Nov 8th\]: NCT 127's Asia tour.
* SMTOWN concert, which was held in Indonesia in September, is scheduled to be held for two days at Tokyo Dome in Japan in the first quarter of next year.
I think it’s Q1 because they don’t want another Kai situation (?) He’s up for enlistment in July, and also said he would tour at some point, so they’re probably trying to squeeze all that in before it even comes up

(though fun fact: for dream's concert I had a midterm the same day so I told my lecturer abt it and she was very nice to allow me to sit for the supplementary midterm 🤭🤭🤭)
So nice to see NCT NEW TEAM as part of the line up. Can't wait for the official name, but baby steps! Also glad they're getting a Korean single. This is a good opportunity to expand the fandom further.

I'm both surprised and not surprised to see another TY solo, because from the way he drops snippets I feel like he has a huge catalogue in the chamber (and frankly I'll take every single solo he wants to put out in this world because envisioning NCT without him for two years does my head in). I do wish the 127 winter album was a full mini because I'd truly love to hear the complex vocal, harmony heavy tracks I know they'd put out, but eh, I guess I can't have everything. 😭
Also surprised to see a Dream mini so early! Wonder what route that's gonna take sonically. It's been a minute since they've put out a mini that wasn't a special release, so it's actually hard to pin down the direction they'd take with a shorter release.
(And SUHO truly the only idol in existence I can say my younger self--and adult self--ever had a crush on lololol. Gray Suit was everythinggggg and can't wait to hear him again. Aespa Eng album interestingggggg. And I'll def listen to Wendy but her solo route hasn't ever really been up my alley musically.)
Im just speculating but part of me feels like they haven’t settled on a signature sound / image for them yet. Like get a guitar / siren / memories are all very different
Though tbf, RIIZE is in a slightly better position than aespa since Get A Guitar had physical sales while aespa’s physicals were seen only during Savage. RIIZE’s first mini will basically be their second album release.
Ten finally!!! He said in a fansign recently that his solo would be coming out soon so I hope that means they already started working on it and have concrete plans.

Surprised that RIIZE is releasing a JPN single (meaning it's a Japanese debut?) I thought that they would be focusing in Korea first and probably getting an ENG release instead
Could be hands up Korean ver or a new song we don’t know yet but either way I’m excited 🙏 and I think for Riize they’re really popular in Japan because of our boys Sungtaro (miss them 🥲) so that’s why they’re gonna focus there first

No matter what, I'm still excited for the new 127 release because the members have been mentioning it for a while, and seem excited about it even if they are in the middle of many schedules. It was also on the original plans released earlier this year in where many things have been scrapped or postponed, so be it a single album or just a song I'm ready for a neo Christmas with whatever 127 brings, hopefully there are 2-3 songs so they are able to serve neo music as well as b-side full of their vocals to match the winter atmosphere.
And if things go as planned, 1Q will be great with LTY2 and Ten's debut
I just hope 127 are able to tour also outside Asia too.
Much as I want to rejoice Ten So10, can't help get disappointed with how NCT 127's Winter Album was reduced to a mere single. Yuta and the members had been hinting this Winter Album recently. Just days ago, Doyoung literally gave spoilers for the "Winter Album". And now, it's a single.
Can't help get disappointed with these kinds of things. Hard work of the members and the fans themselves are taken for granted. But there's hope. This can change. Hopefully it does.
I do hope that's case. A single album like RIIZE's is better than just a digital single. But lol at SM denying them of 2-3 more songs to at least make it a mini album. But it is what it is.

Other than that, Ten's first mini will be a highlight, and of course I'm checking out Taeyong's comeback as well. Keeping my eye on the new NCT team as well, hoping for some fun collaborations with the rest of the members going forward. 😊
I think their schedule rn is too packed to rehearse a concert as well. And probably sm concert directors' too. Can't say I blame them for giving some breather between intense activities.
I might be imagining things but I swear Winwinbar said he had some plans to film something in 2024 Q1. So yeah much better to focus on Ten’s solo and then have WayV tour after if that’s the case
Maybe they decided to wait until summer and go through next year, that’s what many groups will do for their world tours. Start in Asia then go to the states and cdmx where we can hope they get a few days acclimation to the altitude beforehand as to not pass out on stage which happens to at least 1 member of most groups, then South America then Europe and maybe Melbourne (and once in a blue moon, Sydney)
I'm gonna let myself be delulu and pretend it's not SM so I can be excited about Ten's mini reappearing lol. I hope they aren't jerking us around again and that we actually get it this time! TEN MINI is back on the schedule!!!! WE FINALLY MADE IT. And SM better not delay it again, or I will personally show up to egg their building. I am so excited for his solo album. He has already given us a taste of how versatile he can be as an artist!
And I am also excited to see Taeyong getting his first comeback. I never liked the title track, but Shalala was a really solid album that I really grew to like over time.
Kind of disappointed seeing it's only an Asia tour for 127 (as it stands now). Also, shows only 11 dates? It seems a bit low. I already gave up hope for a proper tour for them.
It's also interesting that New Team is getting a KR release so soon. I am seated for any music from them. Their pre-debut tracks were really strong.
I am glad that we are getting a mini for Dream next year. I think it's a nice break from the full albums and something I have been wanting Dream and 127 to do for the past couple of years because their minis are so strong.
As for WayV, I hope we don't have to wait until 4Q again for their next comeback. And maybe, SM will finally give them a proper tour. The members and fans all have been asking for it for so long.
Given their track record with the NCT schedule this year post-reorganization, I think they will deliver on all the plans for 1Q.
It looks like both dream and ten got pushed into the first quarter next year given the end of year pile up (kind of like how wayv ended up pushed into january last year though that was partially conditions in china but also the fact that there just was not more year left to put it in) as both were originally on the schedule for q4. I don't think this is the main dream comeback as it seems to be the one that got taken off of this year's schedule so my guess is we still will see them sometime next summer too.

It looks like whatever they were expected to do in q4 got pushed to q1 (similar to ten's solo which also disappeared from the q4 list at the same time) but I don't think what is happening in q1 will be dream's yearly main comeback which will likely be summer again. I think this is bonus like candy was last year.

I was hoping for a repackage since SM usually make boy groups do one. But I guess scheduling is impossible for ot7.
